Terms of use
Last updated 19 August 2026
What these cover
These terms cover the BOSS MGMT platform: this site, the pages BOSS MGMT shares links to, and the workspace BOSS MGMT staff sign into.
BOSS MGMT Group runs it as the system behind its creator management business. It is an internal business tool rather than a consumer service, and it is not a marketplace. Three kinds of people use it: BOSS MGMT staff, the creators BOSS represents, and contacts at brands and agencies BOSS has shared something with.
Commercial terms sit somewhere else. What BOSS is paid, what a creator is paid and what a brand is buying live in the separate written agreement between BOSS and that party. Nothing on this page changes any of it.
Getting access
There is no public sign up. BOSS MGMT staff sign in with a single use link sent to their work email address. Creators and brand contacts do not sign in at all, they open a link BOSS sends them.
Those links are the whole of the protection on the page they open, so treat one as confidential. Do not post it publicly and do not forward it to anyone BOSS has not shared it with. If you think a link has reached someone it should not have, tell your BOSS contact and it can be switched off.
What you may not do
- Reach, or try to reach, records and pages that were not shared with you, including by editing a link.
- Copy the contents in bulk, scrape the pages, or feed them to an automated system.
- Pass on what BOSS shares with you privately, including rates, contact details and unpublished information about a creator.
- Interfere with the platform, probe its security without written permission, or use it to break the law.
What BOSS shares with you
Rosters, media kits, rates and creator information BOSS shares privately are confidential, and are given to you so you can weigh up a possible partnership. They remain BOSS MGMT's. Creator names, handles, images, video thumbnails and channel data belong to the creators or to the platforms they publish on, and appear here so you can consider working with them, not for reuse elsewhere.
The openly published creators directory is the exception. It is meant to be seen by anyone, and it carries only what BOSS is content to show the public.
Connecting a YouTube channel
A creator may connect their YouTube channel to the platform. It is optional, the permission requested is read only, and it can be taken away at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. What is read, what is stored, who can see it and how to have it deleted are set out in the privacy policy.
Accuracy and availability
Channel figures, audience breakdowns, rates and estimates shown here are the platform's best current reading. They come from third party interfaces and from BOSS's own records, they can be out of date, and they are given so you can evaluate a creator rather than as a promise of how a campaign will perform. Confirm anything you intend to rely on with your BOSS contact.
The platform is provided as it is. BOSS does not promise it will be available without interruption and may change or withdraw any part of it.
To the extent the law allows, the platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non infringement. BOSS does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any figure shown in it is free from error.
To the extent the law allows, BOSS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, however caused. Where BOSS is liable, its total liability for all claims arising out of or connected with these terms is limited to the greater of the amount paid or payable between the parties under the relevant agreement in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one thousand United States dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending access
BOSS may switch off a link or close an account at any time, and will normally do so once the reason for sharing has passed. A creator or a brand contact may ask for their access to be ended at any point.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or connected with them. BOSS AGENCY LIMITED is incorporated in Hong Kong, which is why the two match.
Nothing here affects a right you have under the law of the place you live that cannot be given away by agreement.
Changes and contact
BOSS may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed.
